A: Nope. All you need is a basic free account to run any of our surveys.

Q: How do I import the file?
A: It’s very simple and we walk you through exactly how to do it in both our Video Tutorial and Survey Guide. We provide a zipped file that you will easily upload to your account. After a few moments, your survey will be waiting for you to customize for your unique needs. Don’t worry, Courtney will guide you through the process of how to make the most out of each question.

Q. How long will it take me to set up and customize the survey?
A: It depends on how long it takes you to come up with with some of the customizations, but in general it shouldn’t take you more than an hour or two to set this thing up and make the necessary changes. Just follow the step by step guide and it’s really pretty easy to do.

Q: Will you help me with analyzing the data?
A: For sure! Courtney walks you through how to assess the results of each question in both the Video Tutorial and Survey Guide. Q. Will you help me to apply the feedback to my business?
A: Yep! Courtney has included TONS of marketing and business ideas (in both the Video Tutorial and Survey Guide) for how to translate the feedback into practical business practices.

Q: Can this survey be used more than once?
A: Absolutely. You can use this survey at the end of every wedding season, or even send it to each client once you’ve finished working with them to get awesome, helpful feedback. The questions for this survey will not expire. You may want or need to changes some of the answer options in order to help the survey evolve with your business, but you can use this survey over and over again to help you improve and grow your business.

Q: How do I order this product?
